Start a return from the order in your account at the store where you bought it; the store issues the label and refund.

Warranty

DaToo equipment carries a one-year warranty. If a heater stops switching, a pump stops or a light fails, message the seller from your order page.

Before you claim

Check the plug and adapter, clean the impeller of pumps and filters, and make sure heaters are fully submerged.
